Policy bazaar is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities

- Meet customers at their preferred locations and understand their insurance requirements.
- Promote and sell Policy bazaar's insurance products.
- Generate leads through company-provided and self-generated sources.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 05 years in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, BFSI, Insurance,



Banking, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Retail Sales, or any customer-facing sales role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid Driving License.
- Own Two-Wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
