Position:-Non-IT Recruiter
Experience: 2- 4 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in HR /MBA, or a related field.
Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate (Immediate joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Work closely with hiring managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, contract terms, and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and closure of positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2-4+ years of experience in Software Sales Hiring
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with staffing agencies / system integrators.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards.
