Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in interacting with candidates, and possess a passion for hiring the right talent. Freshers with strong English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Eligibility

- Female candidates only.




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection are required.

- Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (Based on experience) + Lucrative Incentives UPTO 25K
