Key Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate Marketing & Client Outreach

- Market US IT consultants to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Generate leads through job portals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers.

Recruitment & Coordination

- Work closely with recruiters to understand consultant profiles and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, submissions, and placement activities.
- Maintain consultant availability, resumes, and marketing trackers.

Business Development & Reporting

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the vendor/client network.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue metrics.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM/database records.
