Operations Manager (B.Pharm)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B.Pharm graduate to join our pharmaceutical operations team. The role involves managing procurement, order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable coordinating with vendors and courier partners, and be committed to delivering accurate and timely customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and prepare sales, shipping, and regulatory documents.
- Manage procurement by sourcing products, obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Respond to customer product inquiries and prepare quotations within defined timelines.
- Process domestic and international orders, coordinate shipments, and monitor deliveries until successful completion.
- Maintain customer records, vendor files, ledgers, returns, and office documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and support audit readiness.




- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports, including order status, shipments, foreign currency, and customer accounts.

Requirements

- B.Pharm degree (mandatory).
- 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, procurement, supply chain, or distribution preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
