We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal & Sales Operations Executive to manage proposal preparation, approval coordination, sales documentation, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM). The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets, with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format client proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate internal approvals and maintain proposal records.
- Attend sales meetings and prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Maintain sales trackers, MIS reports, and business documentation.
- Manage data using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Management teams to ensure timely execution.
Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas,
reporting).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word(professional documentation and formatting).
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Solid written communication and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3years of experience in Proposal Management, Sales Operations, MIS, Documentation, or Sales Coordination.
