Location: Rewa, Madhya Pradesh

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- HR documentation and employee records management
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Handling HR policies and statutory compliance
- Coordination with department heads for manpower planning




- Maintaining MIS reports and HR analytics

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or related field
- 3–7 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software
- Experience in the automobile industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
