The Site Engineer and Technical Supervisor for Kitchens is responsible for overseeing on-site installation, coordination, and quality control of kitchen projects. This role ensures that designs and technical specifications are accurately implemented, materials are properly managed, and the final delivery meets client expectations, safety standards, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen installation activities on-site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and report any deviations, delays, or technical issues to the project manager or design team.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
2. Technical Coordination
- Review technical and shop drawings prior to installation and verify measurements on-site.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve discrepancies or site constraints.
- Provide technical guidance to installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) provisions are compatible with kitchen design layouts.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect workmanship and material quality throughout all project phases.
- Ensure proper level alignment, finishing, fittings, and hardware installation.
- Implement quality checks in line with project specifications and company standards.
- Conduct snag lists, rectifications, and handover inspections.
4. Material & Resource Management
- Monitor delivery, storage, and handling of kitchen materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely material supply.
- Manage tools, equipment,
and workforce allocation efficiently.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and quality control records.
- Prepare handover documents, including as-built drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Communicate regular updates to project management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in kitchen manufacturing, interior fit-outs, or similar technical supervision roles.
- Proven track record in high-end residential or commercial kitchen installations.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, modular kitchen systems, finishes, and hardware.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical/shop drawings.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination related to kitchen systems.
- Familiar with site health & safety regulations.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational capability.
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

- Adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.

Pay: ₹17000 to 30000 depends on experience and job knowledge
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
