Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Incharge to manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations and be capable of ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining proper documentation and inventory records.

Requirement:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per customer requirements.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents before dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure secure handling of materials.
- Maintain dispatch records, inventory updates, and ERP/system entries.
- Coordinate with transporters and monitor vehicle movement to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, including shipment delays and shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports for management.

Pay: ₹11,121.81 - ₹34,630.96 per month
