Job Summary

The Dispatch Assistant will support daily operations by coordinating field crews, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between office staff, technicians, and clients. This role is critical in maintaining workflow efficiency and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch field crews for cable installation, maintenance, and emergency repair jobs.
- Maintain daily work schedules and update job assignments in real-time.
- Communicate with technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate job details.
- Track crew locations, job progress, and completion status.
- Handle incoming service requests, prioritize tasks, and assign resources accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with inventory tracking and equipment allocation.
- Support compliance with safety and company policies.





Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support (construction/telecom industry preferred).
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of cable construction operations.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
