The ideal candidate will assist with housekeeping, office maintenance, and basic administrative tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and mail.
- Purchase office supplies and other required items as instructed.
- Ensure office stationery and pantry supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
- Run office-related errands, including bank visits, bill payments, and document submissions when required.
- Support the administration team with routine office tasks.




- Report maintenance issues and assist in coordinating repairs.
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline and punctuality.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
