Kalavya Atelier is looking for a proactive Site Execution Coordinator to ensure our residential interior projects are executed smoothly, on time and to the expected quality standards.
This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across project sites in Bengaluru.
You will work closely with our designers, vendors, factory partners and execution teams while reporting directly to the Founder or the assigned Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
* Visit project sites regularly.
* Supervise day-to-day execution.
* Ensure work follows approved drawings.
* Monitor workmanship and finishing quality.
Execution Coordination
* Coordinate with interior designers regarding drawings and design clarifications.
* Coordinate with factory partners regarding production and deliveries.
* Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other contractors.
* Ensure work is executed in the correct sequence.
Vendor & Resource Management
* Schedule labour and contractors.
* Track vendor commitments.
* Follow up on pending work.
* Ensure materials and manpower are available when required.
Material Coordination
* Verify site measurements before fabrication.
* Track material deliveries.
* Report shortages, damages or delays.
Progress Reporting
* Share daily updates with the Founder or assigned Project Lead.
* Maintain site photographs and videos.
* Report delays, issues and risks immediately.
* Prepare weekly progress reports.
Quality Checks
* Inspect completed work before moving to the next stage.
* Maintain snag lists.
* Ensure defects are rectified before handover.

* Client communication

Requirements
* 2–6 years of experience in residential interior execution.
* Ability to read interior and architectural drawings.
* Knowledge of modular furniture installation.
* Good coordination and follow-up skills.
* Solid problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
* Two-wheeler preferred.
