Hachi Foods & Snacks is a premium Mumbai-based snack brand known for jaggery-based granola, cookies and gifting hampers. We supply to corporates, hotels, institutions and gifting companies across India. We are a small, fast-moving team that takes quality and relationships seriously.

The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B growth from our Wadala office. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects : calling, pitching, following up : and will also manage existing client relationships & orders end to end.

This is a calling + coordination role. You will not be going to the field. You will be working from office, on the phone and WhatsApp, every single day.

What You Will Do

- Cold call and pitch to corporates, hotels, gifting companies and institutions
- Follow up consistently with leads until closure
- Take and process client orders via CRM
- Coordinate with internal team on order status and delivery
- Maintain client relationships through regular WhatsApp and email communication




- Keep CRM updated daily, no exceptions
- Share weekly pipeline and closure updates

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years experience in inside sales, tele-sales or client servicing
- Confident spoken English and Hindi, you will be calling decision-makers
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and basic CRM tools
- Someone who follows up without being told
- Organised, reliable, good with details
- Mumbai based, must be able to commute to Wadala daily

Good to Have

- Experience in food, FMCG, gifting or hospitality industry
- Has handled B2B clients before
- Knows how to write a clean, qualified WhatsApp message

This Role Is NOT For You If

- You prefer field work over desk work
- You are not comfortable making 30-40 calls a day
- You need hand-holding for follow-ups
- You are looking for a passive coordination-only role

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
