- Order Execution: Place market, limit, and stop-loss orders on behalf of clients using advanced trading terminals (like NOW, ODIN, or NEST).
- Confirmation: Update clients on trade completions, executed prices, and order statuses.
- Portfolio Tracking: Monitor clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
- Risk Management: Conduct real-time pre-trade risk checks, such as verifying available margins, cash sufficiency, and exposure limits.

2. Client Servicing & Advisory

- Market Insights: Provide data-backed recommendations, volatility insights, and stock views based on technical charts and market news.
- Customer Support: Address client queries regarding market movements, trade settlements, and platform navigation.
- Account Servicing: Assist with the onboarding process, including KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification and account creation.

3. Compliance & Administration

- Regulatory Adherence:



Ensure all trades comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEBI guidelines in India) and complete mandatory certifications like the NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives Certification.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, daily profit/loss statements, and client ledgers.
- Financial Settlements: Follow up on client pay-in obligations (cheque collection, online transfers) and process pay-out requests.

4. Market Research & Intelligence

- Monitoring Trends: Track broader market trends, economic news, and major corporate announcements (e.g., earnings reports) to identify investment opportunities.
- Liquidity & Volatility: Map market liquidity and determine the best times to execute high-velocity trades to minimize market impact
