We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Electrical at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh to lead electrical engineering, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, utility and maintenance. Experience: 10 –15 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Key Responsibilities Lead the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for electrical breakdowns. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality requirements. Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Manage engineering spares, consumables, and maintenance documentation. Prepare technical specifications, BOMs, SLDs, reports and documentation. Liaise with vendors, contractors and stakeholders for execution and technical support.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, efficiency and cost optimization. Required Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, utilities, and process. Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, Relays, SSRs, SMPS, Connectors, and Electrical Panels, etc . Expertise in preventive maintenance, calibration, fault finding, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience in AutoCAD and preparation of Single Line Diagrams (SLDs). Good understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Robust analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Exposure to manufacturing / FMCG industry Experience in utilities, fabrication, solar systems (preferred), and maintenance planning.
