You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students, hiring corporates, and partner institutions. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with candidates through leads to explain the program and align them for interviews. • Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews. • Track post-interview candidature to ensure selections convert into revenue. • Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
