Senior Accountant – UK FCA Regulatory Reporting (IFPR/MIFIDPRU) Mumbai | Up to ₹26.24 LPA | Global Financial Services Firm I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation for a highly specialised Senior Accountant position based in Mumbai. This is NOT a traditional fund accounting or financial reporting role. The successful candidate will become the understudy to a Senior Regulatory Accountant and must be capable of taking ownership of UK FCA prudential regulatory reporting. To be considered, you MUST have hands-on experience preparing UK FCA regulatory returns, including: FSA029 – Balance Sheet FSA030 – Profit & Loss MIF001 – Own Funds Requirements MIF002 – Liquid Assets Threshold Requirements MIF003 – Size & Complexity Reporting MIF004 – Concentration Risk You should also have experience of: UK FCA Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR)



MIFIDPRU regulatory reporting Financial controllership Month-end and year-end close Financial reporting Balance sheet reconciliations Working within a regulated financial services setting This role is likely to suit professionals currently working within: Regulatory Reporting Legal Entity Control Financial Control Prudential Reporting Finance Control Investment Banking Finance at organisations such as: Morgan Stanley JPMorgan Barclays HSBC Standard Chartered Citi Bank of America Deutsche Bank UBS State Street Northern Trust BlackRock Other global financial institutions Please do NOT apply if your experience is limited to: Fund Accounting NAV Calculations Private Equity Accounting Hedge Fund Administration General Ledger / R2R only Tax Audit Accounts Payable / Receivable Indian regulatory reporting only (RBI, GST, etc.) without UK FCA prudential reporting This requirement is essential, and applications without direct UK FCA IFPR/MIFIDPRU experience will unfortunately not be progressed.
