Designation – Assistant Manager - Learning Operations & Analytics Role Overview We are seeking an analytical and execution-focused L&D; skilled to manage learning operations, talent development initiatives, learning analytics, and project coordination. The role requires strong expertise in excel, creating dashboards, stakeholder coordination, LMS management, and program execution. Responsibilities:- Learning & Talent Management Operations Manage end-to-end execution of learning and talent development programs. Track nominations, attendance, completions, and learner records. Coordinate with business stakeholders, learners, facilitators, and vendors. Maintain and share goal completion and appraisal status reports with stakeholders. Manage learner communications, invitations, reminders, and completion follow-ups. Learning Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain L&D; dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Analyze participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement metrics. Generate leadership reports and provide actionable insights.



LMS Coordination Partner with LMS teams for course deployment, enrollments, assessments, and reporting. Ensure learning data accuracy and resolve learner queries. Required Skills:- Technical Skills Advanced Excel and Power BI Learning Analytics and Dashboarding Data Analysis and Reporting LMS Administration/Coordination Functional Skills Talent Management Processes Project Management Stakeholder Management Strong communication and coordination skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach Preferred Profile 6–8 years of experience in Learning Operations, Talent Management, or Learning Analytics. Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and MIS reports. Experience managing large-scale learning programs in BPO/KPO/ITES environments. Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive learning initiatives effectively. Industry Preference BPO, KPO, ITES, Shared Services
