Role Overview: The Execution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of retail store projects, including current store openings and renovations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining Technosport brand, design, and quality standards . Key Responsibilitie s: Execute retail store projects from site handover to store laun ch.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, mall authorities, and internal stakeholde rs.Track and control project timelines, budgets, and quality benchma rksEnsure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory nor ms.Oversee execution of store interiors, fixtures, branding, signage, IT, electrical & HVAC wor ks.Conduct regular site visits and on-ground supervisi on.Prepare and share project progress reports and MIS with manageme nt.Proactively resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth project delive ry. Qualifications & Experie nce:



Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Manage ment.5–10 years of experience in retail store execution, store rollouts, or fit-out proj ects.Experience in fashion, lifestyle, athleisure, or activewear retail prefe rred.
