Experience : Graduation, 1 - 2 years of Customer support, Sales & business development Role Description 1. Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers. 2. Promote products/services and explain their benefits. 3. Effective lead management. 4. Address customer objections and provide solutions. 5.



Build and maintain customer relationships. 6. Update customer information in CRM systems. 7. Follow-up with interested leads to close sales. 8. Collaborate with team members for success.
