About the Role Facility Specialist should serve in a high-level leadership role overseeing the comprehensive operations of an organization or business location. Requirements: II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree Supervisory experience in Facility departments Organized at work Personally robust enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously. Good communication and multiple languages are an add-on. (Hindi & Kannada) Work location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore. Responsibilities for Facility Administrator/Executive: Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met. Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures. Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment. Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets. Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.)
and external contractors Allocate office space according to needs Handle insurance plans and service contracts Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on time bill submission Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs.
