This role is about ownership, follow-through, and trust . You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure deployments go right, issues are resolved fast, and customers genuinely succeed with our product. Your work will involve: Own customer onboarding, go-lives, and early adoption journeys Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication Track requirements, action items, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and basic account health metrics Identify issues early and coordinate with product, AI/QC, and operations teams for resolution Enable customers on new features, updates,
