About the Role We’re looking for a Service Operations Associate to work directly with the founding team and help build the operational backbone of Blyss. This is a highly on-ground role involving training, partner onboarding, customer experience, field operations, and problem-solving. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, ownership, and building things from scratch — this role is for you. Responsibilities Training & Operations Train and onboard service professionals Ensure service quality, hygiene, safety, and customer standards Support certification and operational readiness Work closely with field teams and solve on-ground challenges Partner Growth & Network Building Identify and recruit new service professionals Conduct onboarding and activation processes Visit communities, markets,
