We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience only in Manufacturing Industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Mandatory: Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required. Key Responsibilities * Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. * Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. * Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. * Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis. * Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders. * Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements. * Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities. * Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance. * Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation. * Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement,



and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions. Desired Candidate Profile * 8–15 years of experience in Finance Controlling within a Manufacturing environment only. * CA preferred; CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered. * Strong experience in: * Financial Controlling * Plant Finance * Costing & Inventory Valuation * Budgeting & Forecasting * Financial Reporting & MIS * Internal Controls & Compliance * Statutory Audit Coordination * Working Capital Management * Experience with SAP (implementation or support experience is an added advantage). * Robust knowledge of Ind AS, accounting standards, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance. * Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Comfortable working in a dynamic startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.
