We’re a tight, energetic team with a strong digital presence and a loyal community of parents across India. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive person to work directly with the Founder, take ownership, and help drive execution across the business. What you'll be doing Support the Founder on key projects and priorities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. Build dashboards, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations. Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and processes. Create SOPs, trackers, and workflows. Research markets, competitors, and business opportunities. Track follow-ups and action items. Support launches, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives. Handle confidential information with care. What we are looking for:
