Balance speed, quality, security, and long term product sustainability 5. Demands decision making, ownership, and product thinking, not task execution alone. 6. Ensure high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance for high volume transaction systems 7. Handle transaction management, high availability, scalability, reliability for critical banking flows along with concurrency, and data consistency (ACID principles) 8. Ensure clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code with robust adherence to coding standards 9. Banking emphasis: real time processing, rollback handling, auditability.
