Highlight risk and challenges Strong communication and negotiation skills MES Expertise : Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms Technical Acumen : Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial. Documentation Skills : Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed. Having valuable knowledge on Database concepts & DotNet framework is an added advantage. Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand scope and create low level tasks System Implementation & Configuration : Track and Support the implementation and deployment of MES software, configuring it to meet specific project and business needs. Prior experience in EMS.
