Designation : Executive – Business Development and Bid Management, Research Location : Delhi Educational Qualification : MBA – Marketing, Graduate in Science Experience: Min 3 yrs in consulting/ services or infrastructure sectors Remuneration: At par with industry standards Job Profile: ➢Responsible for business development and marketing of services being offered by Idam Infra and other Idam group companies ➢ Maintaining a database of registrations/empanelments/ accreditations ➢ Maintaining/tracking EOIs, proposals, concept proposals, etc. ➢ Maintaining/updating/coordinating for Case Vignettes and Client Certificates ➢ Coordinating with Practice Leads for tracking business opportunity/weekly report ➢ Coordinating and updating the Corporate brochure/presentation/website updates ➢ Establishing and maintaining contracts with potential clients like multilateral and bilateral agencies, NGOs, etc., to establish rapport and set up meetings for business development.



➢ Preparation/ compilation of detailed proposal/pre-qualification documents for the various business development processes, including competitive bidding/tendering processes. ➢ Assistance in organising the events/ conferences/ workshops/ seminars. ➢ Coordinating with external agencies for publication of articles/ interviews/ participation in conferences/training programs for speakers/faculty/guests. ➢ Communication with external stakeholders such as the press. ➢ Assistance in basic research required by the consulting team. Skill Set Required: ➢ Ability to establish contacts/relationships with clients ➢ Excellent written and verbal communication ➢ Strong interpersonal skills ➢ Basic analytical skills ➢ Ability to provide quick turnaround and rapid response time ➢ Multi-tasking ability, willingness to learn, and drive the process ➢ A candidate with prior experience in consulting/ IT services would be preferred ➢ Maintaining data & records and reporting of Business Development activities in MIS formats
