Job Title: Executive – Offline Media Planning Location : Mumbai CTC : Up to 5 LPA Experience : 6–12 Months About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriente d Offline Media Plann er with 6–12 months of experience in traditional media planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to TV, Print, Radio, or OOH planning, be comfortable working with media planning tools lik e BA RC, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of offline media campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, Cinema, and OOH. Analyze audience and media consumption data usi ng B ARC and other industry tools. Prepare media plans, schedules, and post-campaign reports. Work closely with internal planning teams and media partners to ensure timely campaign execution.



Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Maintain campaign documentation, reports, and media trackers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delive Skills & Qualifications 6–12 months of experience in Offline Media Planning. Hands-on experience w ith BARC is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft E xcel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data analysis). Good understanding of TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and media planning fundamentals. Strong analytical and numerical aptitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
