Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Manager (Supply) to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental platform. You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for property owners. Key Responsibilities Owner Onboarding: Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list their properties on our platform. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for property acquisition. Relationship Management:



Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service. Pitching & Negotiation: Present the company’s rental management services, address owner queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management. Reporting: Track and report acquisition metrics such as new sign-ups, conversion rates, and property onboarding progress. R equirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or related domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel locally as required.
