Position Sales & Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify customer leads. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful sales. Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and submit daily activity reports. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Requirements 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong communication and negotiation skills.



Passion for sales and customer service. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Own two-wheeler preferred. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage.
