Job Title: Account Manager – Sales & Customer Success Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–7/8 Years (update based on your final requirement) Department: Sales & Customer Success Reporting To: Head – Staffing Job Summary We are looking for an Account Manager to drive growth across Enterprise & Emerging (EE & EN) accounts. The role focuses on account growth, customer success, revenue expansion, and strategic client relationship management within IT Staffing and IT Services. Candidates with exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and the US market will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow Enterprise & Emerging accounts through proactive client engagement. Drive revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, renewals, and account expansion. Build and maintain CXO-level client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Partner with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment and SLA adherence. Prepare account plans, forecasts, proposals, QBRs, and support RFP responses. Contribute to GTM initiatives and support business expansion, particularly in the US market. Required Skills & Experience 4–7/8 years of experience in Account Management, Client Partner, Customer Success, or Sales within IT Staffing/IT Services . Proven experience in account growth, revenue generation, and client retention. Robust understanding of IT Staffing models (Contract, C2H, Permanent, and Managed Services). Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to GTM strategy and US market is an added advantage.
