Job Title : Creative Director - 2D Location: Mandi House, Delhi About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Creative Director – 2D with 12–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, integrated marketing, or communication agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the agency's 2D creative function. Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of 2D creative campaigns across print, digital, social media, branding, and integrated communication. Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts and visual communication. Oversee the design team to ensure creative excellence, consistency, and timely delivery. Collaborate with client servicing, strategy, content, and digital teams to develop impactful campaigns. Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.



Mentor and guide designers while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies. Requirements 12–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, or integrated communication agencies. Solid portfolio showcasing 2D creative work across print, digital, branding, and social media. Experience handling public sector projects will be preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling. Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
