Position Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who loves challenges, thrives on closing deals, building strategic relationships, and consistently exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Delhi and peripheral market Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors such as corporates, hospitality, education, performance venues, and government projects Build strong influence with System Integrators & Consultants to secure specifications and project wins Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Qualifications and Skills: 0–3 years of proven sales experience in AV,
professional audio, or related industries Freshers are eligible for this role Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows if preferred.
