We’re Hiring: US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper Location: Hyderabad, India — Onsite Shift: US Shift Joining: Immediate We are seeking an experienced US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US-based clients and managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks . Key Responsibilities: • Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients • Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Prepare invoices and monitor collections • Maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities • Prepare financial reports,



including profit and loss statements and balance sheets • Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records • Coordinate directly with US clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with established US accounting procedures and client requirements Required Qualifications: • Prior US accounting experience supporting US-based clients • Robust hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, AP, AR, and reconciliations • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Must be comfortable working the US shift • Must be available to work onsite from our Hyderabad office • Immediate joiners are strongly preferred Interested candidates may apply directly or share their resume via LinkedIn message.
