Job Description

We are looking for agile and target-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counseling students, handling queries, follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups
- Maintain student data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or EdTech
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM/MS Office preferred

Preferred: Candidates from EdTech or University background | Immediate joiners preferred.
