A leading commercial real estate developer is seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant to join its finance function. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in indirect taxation, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic corporate workplace.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience

- Proven expertise in GST and indirect taxation

- Strong understanding of tax compliance, advisory, assessments, and litigation

- Excellent communication and business writing skills

- Experience working with multinational clients and managing corporate communications

- Exposure to the commercial real estate sector will be an added advantage





Key Responsibilities

- Lead the organization's indirect tax compliance and advisory functions

- Manage GST assessments, audits, notices, and litigation support

- Evaluate tax implications relating to commercial real estate transactions

- Liaise with consultants, auditors, statutory authorities, and regulatory bodies

- Partner with internal teams and multinational clients on indirect tax matters

- Ensure complete compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements

- Provide timely responses to audit observations and tax related queries while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
