Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone who understands why content works , not just how to post it. If you enjoy experimenting, analyzing performance, and building engaging content, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute content across formats such as static posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify what works, what doesn’t, and why.
- Continuously improve hooks, storytelling,



and content structure.
- Collaborate with brand, design, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform changes to drive growth.
- Experiment with current content ideas and approaches to improve engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years experience in social media
- Proven experience growing pages
- Strong understanding of content & audience behavior
- Basic knowledge of algorithms
- Analytical mindset with high ownership
