Passive Fire Protection & Building Hardware

First Finvest Pvt. Ltd. — Part-time / retainer advisory, not an execution role

Reports to: Founder

Works alongside: Founder's Associate (FA), who owns day-to-day execution and research

Engagement: Retainer basis, estimated 3–6 days a month — not a full time hire; consistent with the earlier plan to bring in a paid industry advisor rather than a full operator

Objective

This is an advisory seat, not a management seat. Execution (vendor qualification, tender documentation, consultant meetings) stays with the Founder and the FA. The Advisor brings deep fire-safety industry knowledge — standards, consultant relationships, and realistic costing — through periodic guidance rather than daily involvement.

Advisory Scope

• Guide initial product scope: which fire-rated hardware/firestop products to enter with, based on category knowledge of GEZE, TROX, OZONE





• Advise on compliance requirements and the certification path

• Vet manufacturing/OEM partner

• Introduce the company to end product users, potential manufacturing partners from existing network

• Periodic (monthly) review call with founders to course-correct on positioning, pricing, and pipeline

• Understand the distribution and sales structure of the prodcut

• Understand technically all the products and its costing.

Ideal Background

Someone with genuine passive fire protection/building hardware industry experience — ex industry, a fire-safety consultant, or a PMC-side specifier — available part-time as a paid advisor rather than seeking a full-time operating role.
