JOB Description JD Code DBMCI-KA 2024 L1 004 Title BDE Level Staff Job Location Alappuzha Kerala Reports to Lead Academic Counsellor Job Overview The Field Academic Counsellor is responsible for promoting and enrolling undergraduate medical students for scheduled preparatory programs of post-graduation through tele calling personal interaction and one to one counselling Responsibilities and Duties 1 Achievement of the set targets for the Academic programs ensuring class size completion 2 Conduct promotional sessions and presentations for undergraduate students 3 Support students for all queries regarding Face to Face programs Satellite Programs and eGurukul online programs 4 Coordinate with DBMCI head office for program updates and curriculum changes 5 Provide support to students in all academic administrative matters and resource utilization 6 Monitor and assess the academic progress of students identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions Qualification and Experience Graduate preferably with a Science back ground though not mandatory Having 1-2 years experience as an Academic Counsellor with an Educational Institution or University is desirable He she must be a go-getter with and ability to achieve set budgets Skills 1 Positive Presentation and Communication skills 2 Working knowledge in Microsoft office - Excel Word and Powerpoint 3 Spoken and Written proficiency in English and Malayalam 4 Planning and Organizing skills 5 Selling and Negotiation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
