Role Summary We re hiring a dynamic Property Acquisition Partnerships Manager to build long-term relationships with homeowners for lease and revenue-sharing models This role will also handle company agreements documentation onboarding properties and strengthening our homestay network Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new villas studios and homestays Negotiate leases revenue-share partnerships Handle legal agreements documentation due diligence Maintain strong owner relationships Ensure smooth handover setup for new properties Requirements Strong communication and negotiation skills Prior experience in hospitality real estate or property management preferred Willingness to travel across Maharashtra Self-motivated and positive at handling multiple priorities Fluent in English Hindi and Marathi is a plus Compensation Competitive salary incentives travel allowance Job Type Full-time Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
