Designation Senior Engineer -Reliability Engineering We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Reliability Engineering team for the West region The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities including the installation of sensors breakdown maintenance preventive maintenance and condition-based monitoring Roles Responsibilities Plan and execute installation breakdown maintenance preventive maintenance and condition-based monitoring of sensors and equipment Provide engineering support for condition monitoring to maintain equipment integrity ensuring safety reliability and efficiency Monitor dashboards and generate reports to track equipment performance and maintenance activities Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of sensors and related equipment Work with customers at their locations to address disconnection issues with sensors routers and other equipment as needed Replace sensors routers SMPS and junction boxes at the site when required Map out equipment locations and oversee the installation of sensors junction boxes and routers Cover nearby plants and sites as required Experience and Requirements Communication Skills Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members Technical Knowledge Candidates should have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance Education BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience 5 to 8 years of experience in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance Field Experience In office field experience with predictive maintenance and CBM techniques such as In-situ balancing Laser Alignment thermography ultrasound and visual inspection Computer Skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Willingness to Travel Candidates must be willing to travel to different sites
