Key Responsibilities 1 Maintenance Troubleshooting Supervise and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery Diagnose mechanical faults in machines motors pumps gearboxes conveyors compressors extruders lathes etc Ensure timely repair to minimize downtime 2 Team Supervision Work Allocation Lead a team of mechanical technicians and fitters Assign daily tasks and monitor progress Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff 3 Preventive Maintenance Planning Prepare and follow monthly preventive maintenance schedules Maintain proper records of maintenance activities spare parts and service reports Ensure availability of required tools and spares 4 Machine Installation Overhauling Assist in installation commissioning and alignment of new machines Plan and supervise machine overhauling and major repairs 5 Safety Compliance Ensure all safety procedures are followed during maintenance work Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure use of PPE Maintain compliance with plant standards and statutory norms 6 Coordination Reporting Coordinate with production electrical and quality departments for maintenance-related activities Report daily machine status breakdown reports and maintenance data to management Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics pneumatics and rotating equipment Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals Good team management and communication skills Knowledge of maintenance tools spares and inventory management Qualification Experience Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 3-7 years of plant maintenance experience Experience in manufacturing engineering extrusion cable or related industry preferred Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
