We are looking for a skilled and motivated Macbook Laptop Technician to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a variety of Macbook laptop models and brands The technician will work closely with customers to ensure their devices are fixed to the highest standard and returned in a timely manner Key Responsibilities 1 Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on macbook laptops including but not limited to motherboard problems display issues battery malfuntions and software errors 2 Perform repairs on laptop Macbook components such as screens keyboard processors memory hard drives and power supplies 3 Install and configure operating system software and drivers as necessary 4 Provide excellent customers service by communicating repair status offering trouble shooting advice and explaining the nature of repairs 5 Chip level repairing of Macbook laptops and desktop 6 Coordinate with vendors for hardware 7 Problem solving and analytical skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience MacBook laptop technician 1 year Preferred Expected Start Date 01 10 2025
