Company Clanstech Location NOIDA Job Type Full-time Contractual Experience 1-6 years About Clanstech Clanstech builds high-quality plugins automation tools and custom solutions for ecommerce and software platforms Our team includes developers testers designers and interns working together to ship production-ready products We are looking for a Project Coordinator QA Lead who can manage our internal team drive delivery and ensure high product quality Role Overview This is a onsite role combining project management team coordination and QA leadership You will manage a team of junior testers interns and designers while closely collaborating with the founder full-stack developer to plan releases and deliver features on time If you are organized quality-focused and enjoy leading a small team this role is ideal Key Responsibilities Project Team Management Create weekly sprint plans and assign tasks in tools like Azure Devops Jira Track progress and ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines Conduct daily stand-ups planning meetings and progress reviews Report project status and blockers directly to the founder QA Leadership Create and maintain test plans test cases and QA documentation Review test results and ensure bug reports are clear and actionable Ensure all plugins meet quality standards before release Work with the developer to define acceptance criteria Process Delivery Management Maintain documentation for releases and development processes Ensure smooth coordination between development testing and design Improve workflows testing efficiency and delivery timelines Help prioritize tasks based on business needs and impact Communication Coordination Translate requirements into actionable tasks for the team Ensure clear communication among developer testers and design intern Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues Required Skills 3 years experience in project management QA lead or software delivery roles Solid understanding of QA cycles test planning and defect management Experience managing small tech teams 5-10 members Familiarity with Agile Scrum processes Experience with project tracking tools Azure DevOps Jira Excellent communication and team leadership skills Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS plugin development or product-based companies Ability to write or review basic test automation scripts optional Basic understanding of UX UI workflows to coordinate with designers Benefits Opportunity to lead and shape processes in a growing tech company Direct collaboration with the founder Freedom to improve processes and influence product quality Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 250 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Location Noida Uttar Pradesh Required Work Location In person
