Job Title Back End Executive AMC CMC Company name Mindra EV Pvt Ltd Location 160 Devraj industries Pirana Road Indira Nagar II Lambha Ahmedabad Gujarat 382405 Minimum experience 3 to 5 year of experience Educational Qualification B E MBA Primary Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date records of AMC CMC contracts renewal dates contract values and scope of services Prepare process and follow up on AMC CMC quotations and renewal proposals Ensure contracts are executed as per agreed terms and service-level agreements Monitor contract revenue billing cycles and coordinate with the finance team for invoicing Follow up with customers for payments as per contract terms Ensure compliance with company policies and contract obligations Office-based role with regular coordination with field service teams Occasional client site visits when required Educate and train customers operators on AMC and CMC charger usage Ensure adherence to safety protocols quality standards and regulatory compliance Coordinate with PM Head for data information and update the data accordingly Ensure the under warranty and out of warranty cases and handle the material management accordingly Maintain proper invoicing data and follow up for timely payments against used material out of warranty Ensure the PO for out of warranty material cases and submit the related bills timely to client Secondary Responsibilities Need to maintain the uptime more than 98 for all Chargers Coordinate with clients to confirm service dates and ensure minimum downtime Act as a single point of contact for AMC CMC customers Handle customer queries complaints and follow-up on unresolved issues Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication Maintain service records checklists service reports and parts replacement records Generate monthly quarterly AMC CMC performance reports Track spare parts consumption and assist in procurement requests Monitor contract revenue billing cycles and coordinate with the finance team for invoicing Follow up with customers for payments as per contract terms Excellent communication and customer-handling ability Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
