direct and ongoing leadership for a large team including managers and senior technologists designing developing and sustaining products enhancements and updates Oversees the delivery of multiple ongoing projects from conception to deployment Defines project scope objectives timelines and resource requirements Coordinates cross-functional teams manages project risks and ensures successful project delivery while adhering to quality standards and stakeholder expectations Stays abreast of the latest cloud technologies algorithms and methodologies advancements Provides technical leadership and guidance to the team and promotes innovation Collaborates closely with key stakeholders including senior management business leaders and domain experts to understand their needs and translate them into solutions Communicates effectively and regularly updates project progress outcomes and strategic insights Builds a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results Advanced project management skills including time and risk management resource prioritization and project structuring Education and Experience Required Bachelor s degree in a related area of study with a typically of 10 years experience including 5 or more years of people management experience Advanced Degree Master s or Ph D is strongly preferred What you need to bring Robust expertise in developing and implementing cloud solutions across various domains and industries Extensive experience managing and leading large teams driving innovation and fostering a collaborative high-performance work culture Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities formulate strategies and execute projects effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both
