The F B Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the restaurant bar cafe or banquet areas The role involves greeting guests taking orders serving food beverages maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a memorable dining experience aligned with brand standards Guest Service Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their seats Present menus answer questions and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen bar Serve food and drinks promptly following service standards Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints professionally Operational Duties Set up tables dining areas and service stations according to guidelines Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times Ensure cutlery crockery and glassware are clean and properly arranged Assist in mise-en-place and replenishment of supplies Follow opening and closing procedures Teamwork Communication Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for effective service Support colleagues during busy operations Communicate guest feedback to supervisors for continuous improvement Compliance Safety Follow all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards e g HACCP Comply with company policies grooming standards and safety procedures Handle cash or billing processes accurately when required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
