Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Turning machines as per job order and daily production plan Set up tools fixtures and workpieces on the machine with proper alignment Read and understand engineering drawings job specifications and process sheets Perform basic programming and parameter adjustments on the CNC machine when required Inspect components using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper micrometer height gauge bore gauge etc Monitor machine operations and ensure parts are produced within tolerance and quality standards Maintain production records daily reports and job cards accurately Perform routine machine maintenance cleaning and lubrication Identify any machine issues tool wear or deviations and inform the supervisor immediately Follow safety rules 5S practices and maintain a clean working area Support continuous improvement and work to reduce rejections and increase productivity Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
