Safeguarding the Company s brand and assets Driving adherence to internal policies Meeting regulatory expectations while balancing the execution of key business strategies The Team collaborates across key stakeholders to drive the necessary controls and oversight enabling GSG stakeholders to set the standard for a seamless and differentiated customer experience The Analyst Control Management Reporting Analytics will support GSG by managing risk and controls to ensure compliance with global legal and regulatory requirements This role will have responsibilities to support the output reporting for the Regulatory Business Self Testing RBST and Procedural Business Self Testing PBST monitoring program for GSG The Analyst will also collaborate across internal teams to support data requests and partner with colleagues across GSG and MIS to define reporting requirements The successful candidate will have a high level of intellectual curiosity partnered with an eye for precision accuracy which will allow for the flawless execution of a large complex RBST and PBST programs and will be a key participant in our continuous journey to uplift and transform this process Responsibilities The Analyst Control Management will - Drive and deliver Regulatory Governance reports for Testing Compliance Operations Frontline teams using big data platforms LUMI Cornerstone SAS SQL Python etc Work closely with program intake management business testing and compliance teams to ensure reporting requirements are met across all functions and markets Analyze and create visualizations using Tableau MS Excel etc Timely and accurate response for audit and regulatory requests Work to improve current processes via automation opportunities to create efficiencies Participate along with global teams evaluating processes and making suggestions for process and system improvements through knowledge and information sharing sessions with peers across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor s master s degree in a quantitative field preferred e g Statistics Econometrics Engineering Mathematics Computer Science -
